RBI is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.


Position Overview

Rough Brothers has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing various functions such as coordinating onboarding, recruitment, HRIS entry, answering employee questions, and being an all-around team player in the department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about assisting employees and providing exceptional customer service.

Job description


In this role, you will:


  • Coordinate the New Hire Process Recruitment, Paperwork, and On-boarding
  • Coordinate internal training programs and other engagement and retention efforts
  • Maintain Benefit Enrollments and communication to employees who are eligible to enroll
  • Prepare forms and approvals for changes within the HRIS system; enter all changes
  • Coordinate the leave process for employees; FMLA, LOA
  • Prepare reports on a routine and ad hoc basis
  • Maintain personnel files for all employees
  • Coordinate and act as a liaison for audits
  • Act as a main point of contact for employees on questions
  • Attend career fairs and other recruitment-centered events for the Company to ensure we have a strong pool of talent for vacant positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate site interviews
  • Assist in coordinating timekeeping records for payroll processing
  • Maintain position descriptions for all employees
  • Prepare monthly newsletter to employees
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned


 In order to be successful, you will need:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic (team player) and emphasis on attention to details
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
